Everone who is booking tickets with the IRCTC website, hope
he faced the problem in money refund, for time and process, hence IRCTC
introduced a new e wallet for the IRCTC registered users.
If you are booking a tickets and due to any problem money is deducted but ticket not booked then the process of money refund takes 2-4 days, during this period your money i blocked with the payment gateway system.
