e-ticketing service of IRCTC, the new service by Indian Railway will have no role of travel agents and commercial organizations. Only normal individual users will be allowed to book on the portal,” the report quoted a Railway official as saying.
In the recent times there had been reports of travel agents blocking tickets to sell them at a premium. And the license of many agents were cancelled following the allegation.
